MISSIONS and OUTREACH PROJECT for LENT

During lent we will be partnering with the Interfaith Homeless Outreach Council to participate in their ‘Adopt a Box’ mission that collects personal care items for men, women, and children in shelters.

Suggestions and items requested by the shelter:

Soap/Washcloth ♥ Deodorant/Razors ♥ Shampoo ♥ Socks

Feminine Products ♥ Comb/Brush ♥ Toothbrush/Toothpaste

Care items may be placed in shoe boxes or plastic gallon storage bags and contents labeled for Man, Woman or Child. We will also accept individual donated items. Donated items may be placed in the donation bins outside the food pantry or on the mission table in Fellowship Hall. The boxes will be delivered to the IHOC team on Monday April 5.
