Food For Thought - "Meet a Muslim. Ask Me Anything!"

In our continuing "Food For Thought" series, we invite the community to "Meet A Muslim". Islam is the world's second largest religion but it is still the most misunderstood faith in America. This is in part due to the vast amount of misinformation that circulates unchecked, combined with the fact that over 60% of Americans do not know a Muslim. In an effort to dispel some of the negative stereotypes and fear, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association, USA (AMYA) takes to streets across the country, including New Jersey, on 9/11 for “Meet A Muslim” Day. Our doors will be open for a community meal and conversation with open hearts and open minds.
