Haddon Heights Fall Festival & Blessing of the Animals

Saturday, October 5th from 10am - 4pm Fellowship UMC will have a booth at the 🍁 HADDON HEIGHTS FALL FESTIVAL🍁 on Station Ave. We will have games and prizes for the children, free water, Blessing of the Animals, and information about our worship and congregation opportunities. Volunteers are needed for setup, take down, and taking turns at the booth. This is a fun activity and a chance to reach out and interact with the community. A very special part of our booth at this year's Haddon Heights Fall Festival will be the 🙏BLESSING OF THE ANIMALS🙏 from 10am to 2pm. Individual animal blessings will be given to each as well as a treat for each dog or cat - but all animals who can be brought safely are welcome to be blessed as a precious part of God's creation!

For those whose animals may not do well in an outdoor setting, with strangers, or other animals around them, please feel free to bring a picture of them to be blessed to avoid stressing your friend.

We are also inviting everyone to bring their companion animals to church on Sunday, October 6th! We will meet in Fellowship Hall at 10:04 a.m. for worship with our furry (and not so furry) friends!

Be sure to sign the tablet on the Blessing Table so that we can contact you when we are planning for the next "Bring Your Companion Animal to Church Day".
